2020 (Startup Phase)
The company was officially established, focusing on the industrial automation valve positioner sector and establishing a core positioning of “brand licensing + professional services.” It secured licensing agreements with key brands such as ABB and Siemens, built a supply chain system for genuine products, acquired its first group of key domestic clients, and laid the foundation for its industry presence.
2021–2023 (Brand Matrix Development Phase)
Completed the establishment of a full-category brand portfolio: Successively obtained authorized distribution rights for brands including Azbil, Fisher, Flowserve, Rotork, Samson, Tissin, and YTC, achieving comprehensive coverage of leading international brands. Launched a global foreign trade strategy, establishing a cross-border sales and logistics service system, with products reaching key global markets including Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Assembled a professional technical team, completed technical certifications for all represented brands, and developed a comprehensive technical service process encompassing “product selection + installation and commissioning + fault diagnosis,” setting a new industry standard for service excellence.
