Quad core configuration, accurate adaptation in all scenarios
Single-acting version (with/without feedback): adapted to spring return actuators, automatic reset after power outage/gas outage, taking into account control accuracy and safety protection, adaptable to conventional linear valves such as gate valves and globe valves.
Double-acting version (with/without feedback): adapted to a dual-cylinder actuator, outputs dual-channel air pressure drive, has stronger power, and can accurately control the switching and adjustment of high-torque rotary valves such as ball valves and butterfly valves.
FIELDVUE intelligent technology, performance benchmark: the version with feedback is equipped with high-precision non-contact valve position detection, eliminating mechanical wear and control error as low as ±0.5%; the version without feedback has a streamlined structure, achieving a balance of high reliability and cost-effectiveness under standard working conditions.
Intelligent diagnosis + communication, reducing costs and increasing efficiency: Built-in advanced self-diagnosis function can monitor potential faults such as valve jamming and actuator leakage in real time. It supports HART/FF fieldbus communication to realize remote debugging, parameter modification and status monitoring, significantly reducing on-site maintenance costs.
Extremely durable and adaptable to extreme working conditions: high protection grade die-cast aluminum shell, resistant to high and low temperatures (-40℃~+85℃), strong vibration, and chemical corrosion. It is equipped with dual pressure gauges to monitor input/output air pressure in real time, and can operate stably in harsh environments such as offshore platforms and desert oil fields.
Easy installation and strong compatibility: The modular design supports quick disassembly and assembly, and is compatible with various pneumatic actuators and DCS/PLC systems. The one-click automatic calibration function allows debugging to be completed without the need for professionals, greatly reducing downtime.
